Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original tags and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us first and explain the reason for the return at han66nice@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +86 13055356320.
Returns from U.S. customers can be sent to our local U.S. warehouse for faster processing.
Returns from other countries are also supported. Shipping fees will be discussed depending on the return reason — in some cases the buyer may cover it fully, or it may be split.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include photos or a video showing the problem so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized neon lights, clearance items, or gift cards.
Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
